Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations of registration must be received in writing by IEEE no later than April 30, 2005. Payments will be refunded less $10.00 - service charge. After April 30th, cancellations can be made, but refunds are up to the discretion of the conference management team. Please send all cancellation requests to Rebecca Boles at r.boles@ieee.org .
